Abdulrasheed Bello
Managing Director

Abdulrasheed is a Supply Chain professional with competences in Warehouse and Logistics Management. He has nearly two decades of professional working experience in a multinational. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from University of Abuja, Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Ahmadu Bello University – Zaria and MBA from Nasarawa State University – Keffi.

He began his professional career with MDS Logistics Limited, a subsidiary of UAC of Nigeria PLC, as a Depot Trainee on 2nd March 2002 and excelled to become a Depot Manager in the same year. He competently manned the depot for two years before he was promoted to a Compliance Manager from 2005 to 2006. He also served as a Customer Service Manager from 2006 to 2008, then a Distribution Manager between 2008 and 2009. He rose to the position of a Regional Manager in 2009 and was there for five years. In 2014 he became a National Warehousing Operations Manager, a position he held until 2017.

Abdulrasheed joined Grand Cereals on 1st of April 2017 as GM – Supply Chain and was responsible for developing and implementing end to end supply chain strategies for three plants, from Sourcing of all inputs to warehousing, Logistics and distribution of inputs, production, quality, finished goods storage to distribution of finished goods. He has attended numerous Management and supply chain courses within and outside the country and he is a certified Warehouse Manager. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management, Council of supply Chain Management Professionals, Institute of Logistics Management and African Centre for supply Chain.

Chief Operating Officer

Sam has over five (5) years’ experience in performing capital market functions and commodity market operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering and is currently building a career in finance and pursuing an MBA.

Before joining Prime Commodities Exchange (PCX), he held several positions at AFEX Commodities Exchange Limited, a pioneer private sector driven commodities Exchange in Nigeria where he built core competences in Business Assurance, Audit and Internal Control, Clearing and Settlement, Commercial Operations, Product and Market Development.

Sam is responsible for implementing the overall strategy of the Exchange, managing day to day administrative and operational activities, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, as well as managing business relationships with stakeholders.

Jennifer Nwankwo
Head of Finance

Jennifer Nwankwo is a competent and resourceful chartered accountant (ICAN), chartered tax practitioner (CITN) and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) (NIM) with excellent skills in handling financial reporting, taxation, auditing, corporate finance, forecasting, investing finance and account issues, she is known for her meticulousness, organization skills and the ability to provide continuous management of financial systems and budgets.

Jennifer graduated from the university of Abuja with a BSc in Accounting. She started her career as an Accountant in Spectranet Ltd an ISP company where she developed skills and expertise to have a root in the industry and have grown over the years. She boasts of a strong Accounting background and over six (6) years’ experience in the financial industry, as a chief accountant in Westminster security solutions Nigeria ltd and as the head of finance and administration at Ikore, an NGO funded by the EU.
Presently Jennifer acts in the capacity of the Chief Finance Officer at Prime Commodity Exchange (PCX), where she works with a team of professionals in providing her expertise in finance and management.

Abdulkarim holds a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria., and a Masters Degree (M.Sc.) in Business Management from Salford Business School, Manchester.

He started his career at Bwantang/Acrealton Nigeria Limited as an Operations Supervisor in 2015. In his time at Platinum Plus Television, he co-developed the supply chain strategy of the business, while also testing and analysing the IT systems to be deployed for operations. As a project manager at roots television limited, he oversaw planning and implementation of the launch of the Roots TV media platform.

Abdulkarim is a multifunctional individual who has operated at various capacities within different organizations before he joined the PCX team at inception.
